Laura Stary-West (she/her), MA

I am dedicated to creating an all-encompassing atmosphere that accommodates the needs of every individual. We acknowledge and honor the diversity of our clientele, which includes people from various cultural backgrounds, racial identities, and the LGBTQ+ community, as well as families and couples of all types. My top priority is to make sure that everyone feels safe, appreciated and accepted in my care.

I am an accomplished therapist with a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling, specializing in Trauma and Addiction. With nearly two decades of experience in the mental health field, I have practiced in various systems and levels of care. 

Over the course of nearly two decades, I had the honor of bearing witness to individuals taking control of their lives over self-doubt, hopelessness, and feelings of stagnation in various life stages. Through the utilization of empowerment tools, self-regulation, and emotional support, they have forged a path towards wellness and a more fulfilling existence.

Laura is pre-licensed to practice in Massachusetts.
